At 6 months and a few days old, Pangi quickly got the hang of the show ring and won three majors in 5 days of showing. Like my other great sires and specials, he blows away the competition with his soundness and showmanship.   I love his balance, movement, top line, shoulders, rear end...what's not to like?

He was undefeated in the Perry show weekend and finished with 16 points.

          BRED TO BE SOUND IN...

Only the best dogs make the grade to pass on their genes to the
next generation at Marchwind.  30+ years of this selective breeding
results in not only beautiful champions, but dogs that are happy,
friendly, intelligent, trainable, athletic companions and pets.

Want to see what IGs do best?  Check out Lure Coursing.

Lure coursing puts the Italian Greyhound's speed, agility, and instinct to the test.  Dogs chase a plastic bag lure (called "the bunny") tied to a string that is pulled by a motor across an open field.  This zig zags across the course to simulate prey running away.  No special training necessary to enjoy this activity.

Pictured above:  Marchwind Southern Charm SC "Charm" and "Violet" catching "the bunny".

    ITS LIFE! "

Pictured Top: Grand Champion Field Champion Dual Champion Warwick's Violet Blue At Marchwind SC  "Violet".  She earned her Junior Courser (JC) title her very first weekend racing and is now a Field Champion and the 2015 AKC Lure Coursing Best of Breed winner at the Italian Greyhound Club of America National Specialty Show!
Violet is a very successful show dog also.  She is very close to winning her Bronze Grand Championship title.
